The Josephine draws inspiration from Bushwick's rich history, honoring the legacy of the Italian family who cared for the property for generations while introducing a thoughtfully modern vision for urban living. Created in collaboration with Yassin Real Estate, the project balances architectural clarity with warmth and restraint. Flamegold Interiors curated the material palette and interior finishes, creating a 10-unit ground up Condominium that feel both elevated and deeply livable.
